We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pakistani cuisine Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in authentic Pakistani cuisine, complemented by extensive experience in fine dining, catering, and restaurant management. Duties
Prepare and cook authentic Pakistani dishes and Kadhai with attention to flavor, presentation, and quality standards
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food production, inventory management, and food safety compliance
Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high team morale
Manage menu planning, including developing new recipes and updating existing offerings to meet customer preferences
Coordinate catering events and special functions, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service
Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen activities
Supervise shift management, including scheduling staff shifts and managing operational logistics
Collaborate with restaurant management to optimize food service operations and enhance customer satisfaction
Train new staff members in food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and service standards
Qualifications
Proven experience in Pakistani cuisine with a strong background in fine dining or catering environments
Supervising experience in a busy kitchen or restaurant setting
Knowledge of banquet service, dietary requirements, and food production processes
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
Expertise in inventory management, food handling, menu planning, and kitchen operations
Experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
Excellent culinary skills with a focus on authentic Pakistani dishes
Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation regulations
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Prior experience in catering or large-scale food service is advantageous
