We are seeking a talented and experienced PAKISTANI CUISINE Chef to lead and Cook with our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food industry knowledge, and a passion for culinary excellence. This role involves overseeing food preparation, ensuring food safety standards, and managing kitchen operations to maintain high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food service personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and teamwork
Manage food handling procedures to comply with health and safety regulations
Oversee food safety practices and maintain cleanliness standards within the kitchen
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste
Train new staff members on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and service standards
Collaborate with restaurant management to develop menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
Ensure timely serving of dishes while maintaining quality control throughout the cooking process
Lead by example in providing excellent customer service during serving hours
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management or as a head chef, with supervising experience preferred
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food industry standards
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
Experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills to coordinate with staff and serve customers professionally
Demonstrated ability in food service operations, kitchen management, and serving procedures

Pay: $17.20-$30.00 per hour
