PRODUCTION MANAGER - PAINTING

We are Harding's Painting, a local residential and commercial painting company and one of the fastest-growing painting companies in the area. The painting industry has a bad reputation, and we are changing that. We believe in growth, entrepreneurship, and providing more opportunities for our team.

We are hiring a production manager.

What you'll be doing:

Helping customers prepare for their paint job. This includes helping them find colours and scheduling the start date. Managing multiple painting crews to ensure we deliver an amazing customer experience. Maintaining clear and thorough communication with our customers. Managing the production schedule to ensure jobs are delivered on time. Hiring & working with sub contractors to complete the job. Resolving any and all customer complaints or issues that arise. Take care of our customers for positive reviews and ongoing referrals. Job-site branding & marketing Purchase Orders, Material Orders, Invoice Approvals

What we're looking for:

Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to solve problems. Customer service experience & strong communication skills. Construction Trade Management experience of at least 2+ years. Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel Leadership Painting experience Previous experience as a project manager within the painting industry

Starting Compensation:

$60,000-$80,000 per year + bonus opportunity
