We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and the ability to work on both residential and commercial projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Painter will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements. Perform restoration work on existing structures as needed. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and preferences.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction painting, residential painting, commercial painting, or industrial painting. Familiarity with rigging techniques for safe handling of materials. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Basic carpentry skills are a plus. Ability to perform caulking and other finishing techniques with precision. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
