We're a reputable General Contractor seeking a skilled and reliable

Painter Subcontractor

to join our team for ongoing and upcoming projects in Central Alberta. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering top-quality finishes, works efficiently, and maintains a professional attitude on every job.

Key Responsibilities For The Desired Position Include:

Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, patching, caulking, priming). Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. Work efficiently to meet project deadlines. Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other trades.
Qualifications That We Are Looking For In Skilled Candidates:

Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience. Must have own tools, equipment, valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Tickets and Trade Licenses are appreciated Valid Trade Name, WCB Coverage and liability insurance (proof required). Strong knowledge of surface preparation, spray painting and paint application methods. Ability to match colors, finishes, and textures as needed. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team. Understand instructions and be comfortable to ask questions Experience with both residential and commercial projects. Ability to manage or lead a small crew. References from past projects.
