The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client specifications.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Execute restoration projects with precision to maintain the integrity of structures. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Perform rigging when necessary for high or difficult-to-reach areas. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Skills

Proficient in construction painting techniques for both residential and commercial applications. I Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
