Description of Duties:



Support each project during all phases while reporting to the Crew Lead. Attend daily and weekly site meetings with Crew Lead and in-house crew according to company guidelines. Tools and materials are to be organized to complete projects efficiently. Ensure a clear understanding of goals, how to reach them, the tools used and how to maintain them. Address and resolve work site deficiencies identified by the Crew Lead during quality inspections. Ensure client complaints are resolved as soon as possible during all project phases. All complaints and a suggested resolution method must be reported to the Crew Lead within twenty-four hours. Maintain a work site presence free of loud music, swearing, and inappropriate discussion. Support positive employee relations and company culture through accountability of employee adherence to company policies and procedures. Foster an environment where company values are held paramount.

Skills & Requirements:



Physically capable of lifting and carrying 75lbs and performing assigned tasks that require lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, and working at heights above 30ft.
