We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong understanding of construction processes. This role involves working on residential and commercial, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and maintaining tools and equipment.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks. Conduct restoration work as needed to repair or enhance existing structures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences. Manage time efficiently to complete projects within deadlines while maintaining quality.

Requirements

Proven experience in new construction painting, residential painting and commercial painting Understanding of construction processes. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in painting tasks. Basic drywall skills are a plus for making necessary repairs before painting. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. Knowledge of rigging techniques is beneficial for working on elevated surfaces or large structures. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
