For over 60 years, TerraCorp Management, a family-owned and operated business based out of London, Ontario, has been developing and managing multi-residential apartment buildings across Southwestern Ontario.

Together, we work hard, we laugh, and we celebrate our successes. We are currently looking to fill the position of a Painter to work within the London and surrounding area.

This role offers different locations and tasks which will provide the opportunity to further develop your skills!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide diligent and quality workmanship Cover and protect all surfaces (interior and/or exterior) Prep paint surface areas - sand and scrape (to smooth and even surface) Dry wall repair, filing holes and caulking where needed Prime/seal as required Apply 2 coats (min.) of paint to surfaces as required Installation, removal, and repair of wallpaper on walls and columns Site clean-up (daily) Setting up and use of ladders and scaffolding Focus on task completion in a timely manner without compromising quality Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Skills and Experience:

3 to 5 years' experience with paint, plaster and wallpaper Great attention to detail Customer service oriented Good communication skills, to ensure items are addressed as needed Ability to work independently and self motivated Positive attitude and team player Must have their own vehicle (mileage compensated)
