We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sprayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting applications, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. The Sprayer will be responsible for applying paint, stain, or other finishes to surfaces while ensuring high-quality results.

Responsibilities
Apply paint and finishes using spray equipment, ensuring even coverage and adherence to specifications.
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks related to painting and restoration.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform routine maintenance on spray equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Wearing PPE such as respirators, supplied air hoods, safety glasses and steel toed shoes
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction painting with knowledge of commercial and industrial applications.
Familiarity with rigging techniques and carpentry skills is a plus.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the painting industry.
Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
