What You'll Do

Deliver

5-star client experiences

on interior and exterior jobs Follow detailed scopes, prep surfaces, apply coatings with precision Keep tools, van, and job sites organized and clean Communicate clearly with crew leads and team members Finish on time, with minimal touch-ups or callbacks
What We're Looking For

1-4 years of painting experience

Reliable, on time, and

takes ownership

Coachable, open to feedback, and a fast learner Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
