Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across various settings, including industrial, residential, and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Execute both interior and exterior painting tasks for residential and commercial properties. Collaborate with construction teams to paint newly built structures and perform touch-ups as needed. Rig and build scaffolding as necessary to reach high areas safely. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure a clean work environment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress and addressing any concerns.

Skills

Proficiency in industrial painting techniques and materials. Experience with residential painting projects, including knowledge of different finishes and application methods. Familiarity with construction painting processes and safety protocols. Basic carpentry skills related to drywall installation or repair are a plus. Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics in finished work. Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
