Reports to: The Director of Paid Media

Work Schedule: 9:00AM - 5PM (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads for multiple client accounts in various verticals.
• Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical Ad templates.
• Handle bid and ad management/optimization on a regular basis to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Demonstrates measurable success through the achievement of set KPIs. For example, account turnover and profitability, campaign management, report generation/analysis, and overall service.
• Formulating campaign strategy in conjunction with your team lead, researching keywords, audiences, potential marketing channels, analyzing competitors, and testing new targeting ideas.
• Manage client\xe2\x80\x99s search budgets to maximize performance within the clients budget constraints.
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis to discuss the client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations, align goals, provide consulting, and deliver reports.
• Ensures that all client deliverables are met and client expectations are exceeded in a timely manner.

• Possesses strong business writing skills and able to produce high quality documents.

• Strong customer telephone and in person skills.
• Is a confident and articulate presenter.
• Possesses the requisite Project Management skills required to ensure seamless standards of service and delivery.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years + experience running PPC campaigns (in an agency setting as a bonus).
• Experience with mobile marketing and mobile social platforms.
• Has valid Google Adwords, Google Analytics and other relevant certifications.
• Experience with managing campaigns in various verticals and industries (lead gen, ecom, branding, etc.).
• Ability to use/apply scripts when relevant.
• Ability to create & guide the client on pixel implementation.
• Strong focus on leveraging automation when applicable (scripts, automated rules.
• General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Web Usability.
• Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Discrete with a high level of professionalism towards sensitive information.
• Mandatory: Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
