Role Overview

This role is for a performance-minded Meta Ads Account Manager. You will manage and optimize Meta ad accounts for both e-commerce and lead generation clients while partnering closely with the agency owner on strategy and client communication.

This is mid-level execution role. Not a button-pushing "media buyer" position. You are expected to

own performance, think critically, and communicate clearly

What You'll Be Responsible ForMeta Ads Management & Optimization

Monitor performance daily with a focus on ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, AOV, and conversion rate Identify performance drops early and communicate internally with team to action steps before they become client issues Make budget, scaling, and testing suggestions/decisions based on data and patterns
Strategy & Creative Direction

Maintain clean, scalable campaign structures Launching strong creative ads is the blood line of every successful ad account Competitor / Industry research is key part of strategy to inspire ad copy, ad angles, ad hooks, etc. Analyze creative performance and provide clear direction on what needs to be produced next and why Collaborate with creative and copy teams to continuously improve ads
Client Communication & Relationship Management

Join client calls alongside the agency owner Generate monthly reports showing metrics and insights
What Success Looks Like

Performance issues are caught early and addressed proactively You act as a strategic partner, not a task executor You manage creative ad engine, generating new ads consistently
Experience & Skills

Hands-on experience managing Meta ads for e-commerce and lead generation Strong understanding of customer psychology and direct response copywriting Experience working in an agency environment with multiple accounts is a plus, though not mandatory Highly organized and comfortable working inside systems
Senior and Mid-level buyers are both welcome. The role will be scoped based on experience.

Contractor Details

Full-time, remote contractor Monthly compensation equivalent to approximately

$50,000/year
