We're looking for a

Digital Marketing & Ads Specialist

to help fuel our continued growth online. In this role, you'll execute and optimize digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, turning performance data into actionable insights that drive sales and customer engagement. You'll manage campaign budgets, refine targeting, and support SEO and automation initiatives to ensure our marketing efforts run efficiently and effectively.

Working closely with and reporting to the E-Commerce Marketing & Growth Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing our marketing strategies to life--supporting everything from new product launches to ongoing performance improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical marketer ready to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Role Outline:

Manage and optimize Google Ads (PPC/SEM) campaigns across search and shopping channels, including campaign creation, budgeting, and continuous performance refinement. Prepare daily Meta and TikTok ad performance reports and implement tactical optimizations based on data trends, ensuring accurate tracking and readiness for management review. Conduct daily market analysis to track competitor pricing, discount codes, promotions, and other market changes impacting strategy. Managing daily market analysis (pricing changes, discount codes, promotions, and other market competition changes) Drive SEO initiatives by monitoring website traffic and market opportunities, identifying high-opportunity entry points, and creating or optimizing pages based on data-driven insights. Maintain and assist in the deployment of targeted customer lists for digital ad campaigns, collaborating with the Marketing Coordinator to execute and launch campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok. Manage daily campaign operations, including budget adjustments, AI targeting refinements, and campaign duplication or pausing as required. Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency, support ongoing analysis of campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Stay organized and proactive, managing multiple campaign priorities, deadlines, and platform requirements in a fast-paced e-commerce environment that requires cross-functional collaboration..

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience or formal certification in digital marketing may also be considered. 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or paid-media execution. Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok campaigns. Strong understanding of ad performance metrics and optimization techniques. Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis for pricing, promotions, and targeting opportunities. Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web-traffic reporting tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.). Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Assets:

Certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, SEO, or Klaviyo Academy are considered strong assets. Familiarity with Klaviyo, Attentive, or other marketing automation tools. Exposure to CRO, remarketing, or audience segmentation tactics. Previous experience in consumer retail, coffee, or lifestyle brands. Interest in emerging ad platforms and AI-driven targeting tools.
