Our first major success, the DICE dosing technology, helps cities reduce their water chemistry infrastructure costs while improving the safety of on-site operators.

As a

communication and marketing specialist

, you will play a key role within our team. If you have a passion for innovation, the environment, and international business, you will be the ideal person to help us make our brand shine.

Your main challenge will be to transform complex and technical content into simple and inspiring stories. To achieve this, you will work closely with the marketing and sales team. You will be responsible for creating clear and impactful messages for all our platforms, from ideation to going live. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate directly with other team members, our clients, and external suppliers to deploy this content.

Main Responsibilities



Strategy and content creation

Develop stories and case studies about the company and its clients. Ensure our messages are consistent to strengthen the brand image. Collaborate with the media to publicize our stories (articles, reports, etc.). Establish content calendars for our social media and newsletter.
Digital and print activation

Write and design email campaigns and social media posts. Create and manage online advertising campaigns. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our websites. Write articles for specialized technical magazines (digital and print).
Performance analysis

Measure the effectiveness of our marketing actions and suggest areas for improvement.

The MUST-HAVES for this role



College degree or bachelor in communication, marketing, or a related field (in the process of being obtained or recently obtained) Impeccable writing skills, both in French and English Willingness to learn and push your limits Autonomy, resourcefulness, curiosity, and creativity Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and content creation skills Knowledge of tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, and Shopify (an asset) Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
