We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, PPC campaign management, and social media advertising across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, and DoubleClick. This role involves developing, executing, and optimizing paid search and display campaigns to drive measurable results for our clients. Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms including Facebook and Twitter.
Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-performing keywords aligned with client goals.
Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other SEO tools; analyze data to inform ongoing strategy adjustments.
Manage media planning and media buying activities to maximize reach within budget constraints.
Implement tracking pixels and conversion tags to measure campaign effectiveness accurately.
Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting options to continually enhance ROI.
Collaborate with content teams for SEO optimization and integrate SEM strategies with overall digital marketing efforts.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for clients or internal stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in SEM, SEO tools, affiliate marketing, web analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong understanding of PPC management principles.
Familiarity with social media advertising platforms including Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, and DoubleClick.
Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics platforms.
Strong knowledge of keyword research techniques and conversion optimization strategies.
Experience with media planning/buying and budgeting for digital advertising campaigns.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and affiliate marketing is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
Strong communication skills for reporting results clearly to clients or team members.
Relevant certifications in Google AdWords or other digital marketing tools are preferred but not mandatory.
