Spacefully is a growing digital marketing company that services Coworking Spaces and Flexible Workspace companies around the world. Our Google Ads campaigns are focused on lead generation and leverage landing pages coupled with conversion rate optimization to achieve better campaign performance.

We are looking for a Google Ads specialist to setup and manage campaigns focused at driving leads to Coworking Spaces. Many of our clients are independent Coworking Space owners and operators giving you direct access to the decision maker.

Coworking continues to grow in a post pandemic and remote work world. We are experiencing growth and are looking for another professional to join our team!

We are a remote company, however, we are looking for a new team member who is open to attending a few industry events each year across North America to learn and meet clients and partners.

You'll be encouraged to think creatively and strategically with support from our team backed with over 15 years of experience in the web design, and web development to help you execute the design and technical aspects of online marketing.

Our vision for the right person is to promote them into a senior leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Management and Onboarding:

Manage monthly performance discussions and reporting. Oversee client onboarding including setting timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Develop marketing strategies encompassing channel selection and asset development.
Google Ads Management:

Execute new account setups and audit existing settings. Craft and optimize various ad types (text, dsa, rsa, etc.) and creative assets (images, videos). Implement ad extensions (phone, location, promotion, etc.) and tracking pixels. Collaborate with our team to connect third-party software for conversion tracking and CRM integration.
Landing Page Management:

Create wireframes to guide our designer with mockups Write copy for landing pages and compelling CTA's Brainstorm and execute landing page split test experiments based on experiment hypothesis Coordinate design iterations with client and liaise between client and designer
Optimization and Testing:

Conduct Google Ads and landing page optimization. Develop and analyze A/B testing strategies, hypotheses, and performance.
Internal Collaboration and Leadership:

Contribute to blog and newsletter content, guiding article outlines for our copywriter. Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Train and mentor team members and virtual assistants in SOPs and task execution. Manage billing and account management processes. Participate and eventually lead introductory, demo, and sales calls. Collaborate with developers and designers for landing page development and A/B testing.

Requirements:



2+ Years of experience with Google Ads Strong communication skills and experience working directly with Clients Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM) Design principles for creating engaging ad visuals and landing page wireframes.
