We're a rapidly expanding digital performance agency specializing in high-ROI customer acquisition across global markets. Our team leverages cutting-edge paid media strategies to scale brands in competitive verticals--and we're looking for a data-driven ads expert to lead our campaigns.

Your Role

Manage and optimize performance campaigns across our Google Ads accounts. Scale profitable campaigns in European, and Latin American markets. Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. Analyze data to maximize ROAS and reduce CPA. Collaborate with internal teams to align ads with conversion goals.
Must-Have Skills

3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance campaigns (lead gen, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing preferred). Expertise with Google Ads, Google Analytics & Google Ads Editor. Ability to write attractive and high converting ad copy within the parameters of the Google Ads terms of service. Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably. Strong analytical skills. Ability to make decisions driven by data to maximise ROI
