Our company exists to take the confusion out of our client\xe2\x80\x99s brand identity, website development, and digital marketing strategies. We take the time to educate our clients on the digital landscape and help them make wise decisions with their marketing budgets to generate leads and close sales. We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a Paid Ads Coordinator to join our team! This is a contract position that will be responsible for developing and executing successful Paid Ads campaigns, driving lead generation and goal conversions. The ideal candidate is a talented and versatile communicator who can write compelling copy, while also possessing strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. This person will have a keen eye for detail, be analytically inclined, and be able to optimize click and conversion rates through continuous A/B testing. Primary Duties & Responsibilities The primary functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Be proactive with client relationships and offer recommendations.
  • Communicate with Google Reps through our Google Partners Program, our Creative/Production Team, and with our clients.
  • Develop and apply new SEO and PPC strategies, set goals, and report on the implementation of new initiatives.
  • Set plans and goals for personal, as well as professional development.
  • Strategize, set up, execute, and optimize Search Engine Marketing - SEM (Google, Bing) and Social Media Marketing - SMM (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, other) accounts, campaigns, goal/conversion tracking, and reporting
  • Ensure correct configuration and settings for each platform according to the client\'s business needs.
  • Setup and manage CMS, CRM, and Reporting Tool integrations; checking regularly that they are functioning properly and troubleshooting when not
  • Configure web analytics tracking systems GA4 and Google Tag Manager (knowledge of Universal Analytics is important)
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research based on target audience, industry trends, and competition.
  • Plann and implement keyword strategies to optimize SEM campaigns.
  • Evaluate the performance of existing campaigns, including the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create innovative SEM and SMM campaign strategies tailored to the client\'s business objectives and target audience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and adapt campaign strategies.
  • Conceptualize and create engaging content for ads, including text, images, and videos.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Implement SEM and SMM campaigns, including scheduling content, setting budgets, and configuring performance tracking.
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure they run as planned and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Oversee all aspects of SEM and SMM campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.
  • Make adjustments to campaigns as needed to optimize performance and stay within budget.
  • Implement campaign changes based on data analysis to maximize return on investment.
  • Deliver goal completions, conversions, and leads through SEM and SMM campaigns.
  • Measure and report on important marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop and improve reporting mechanisms to accurately correlate results with campaigns.
  • Understand, compare, and summarize industries, industry trends, competition, and audience targeting.
  • Provide Standard Reports at determined frequency and Special Reports on an as needed basis.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Utilize Asana to efficiently plan, execute, and track advertising initiatives, ensuring projects are on target and within scope.
  • Set up Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across various digital channels, effectively monitor their performance, and make data-driven adjustments to achieve optimal results.
  • Maintain a strong reliance on established processes and best practices to consistently deliver high-quality advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign data, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients, articulating insights and results through strong communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or Business Administration (focus on Marketing or Communications) or other related experience
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role with strong proven experience
  • Any equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • Google Certifications such as Google Analytics and Adwords are required
  • Applicable Meta Certifications are required
  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with LinkedIn Ads and Twitter Ads experience being a desirable asset.
  • General understanding of marketing strategies and tactics including Brand Development, Website Development, Content Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Management, (SMM), Email Automation & Marketing, market research methods, etc.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools (experience with as Asana, Wordpress, Concrete5, etc., and email tools)
  • Proficiency in using task management systems such as Asana.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English is mandatory

  • Wage Rate: $20.00-$35.00/hour (Commensurate with experience)
