Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and manufacturing to ensure packaging designs meet project specifications. Create prototypes and mock-ups to visualize design concepts and facilitate feedback from stakeholders. Conduct research on materials, printing processes, and sustainability options to inform design choices. Prepare detailed specifications for production, including dimensions, materials, colors, and finishes. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor packaging strategies, and consumer preferences to continually enhance design effectiveness. Review final packaging samples to ensure quality standards are met before mass production.

Skills

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Excellent visual communication skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. Ability to think creatively and innovatively while adhering to project timelines. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt designs based on feedback or constraints. Knowledge of packaging materials and manufacturing processes is advantageous. Effective collaboration skills to work within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
