RIFO FinTech Group is a fast-growing organization operating across the financial technology and real estate sectors.
We are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Graphic / Brand Designer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a junior designer who's passionate about branding, marketing, and visual communication.
You'll create digital and print materials that enhance our brand presence and support business initiatives across both FinTech and Real Estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce creative materials for marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and promotions (digital and print). Conceptualize and design flyers, brochures, social media graphics, banners, signage, and presentation decks. Create JPEGs, PDFs, videos, charts, and multimedia content for online and offline use. Support video editing and basic motion design for marketing assets. Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm ideas and deliver visually consistent solutions. Coordinate with external vendors (printers, photographers, etc.) when needed. Manage and organize digital design files and brand assets. Participate in marketing planning meetings and contribute creative insights. Perform other design and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time design-related experience (agency or in-house). Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Familiar with Premiere Pro or After Effects (asset). Comfortable using Canva and learning new design tools. Understanding of social media content and digital advertising design. Strong sense of layout, typography, and color balance. Creative thinker with attention to detail. Good communication and time management. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus: Experience in FinTech or Real Estate industries.

Pay: $34,400.00-$57,851.49 per year
