  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 4:30pm (over time as required)
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Customer care - maintenance and enhancement of client relations, updating and maintaining client profiles
  • Order fulfillment - processing new activations, upgrades, migrations, number changes, serial number changes, service requisitions, arranging for shipping and delivery, etc
  • Support Medium and/or Enterprise Corporate Account Managers - work closely with the sales team to develop and build relationships with clientele as well as increasing client loyalty and satisfaction
Qualifications
Critical qualifications/competencies:
  • High School Diploma
  • Bilingual, English and French, an asset
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service/clerical experience
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and web navigation
  • Able to communicate simply and efficiently; able to adapt to different customers
  • Good analytical skills in terms of recognizing problems and making decisions
  • Enjoys working as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of SAP and NM1/SingleView an asset
  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
