Overnight Custodial Technician

Good to Go Property Services Inc is currently hiring cleaning staff to assist with nightly maintenance and care of various facilities in the downtown core of Toronto. Cleaners are responsible for ensuring that the integrity of our operational standards are consistently met for each site assigned to them. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a positive attitude and interact with all members of the team in a professional manner. The successful candidate must be able to follow instructions, have the ability to communicate with Site Management, lift up to 40lbs and do repetitive tasks. They must be eligible to work in Canada, and have a clean abstract.

Skills:

Ability to multitask and follow assigned schedule and instructions. Work with care and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in commercial cleaning considered an asset, but not required. Paid training provided.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with management to report any issues, concerns, stock/supply requirements. Clean as directed per site. Including but not limited to: Floor care (vacuum, sweep, dry and wet mop), Waste management (empty/reline garbages and recycling receptacles), Washrooms (clean, sanitize, polish stainless steel, restock). Additional tasks similar in nature may be required. Efficiently complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes. Safely operate cleaning equipment and utilize cleaning agents effectively. Secure buildings upon completing cleaning duties.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
