About Us

Canada CRS Waterworks, a division of Canada CRS, provides commercial kitchen exhaust system cleaning and fire safety services throughout Ontario. We are known for our reliable service, safety standards, and commitment to protecting commercial kitchens from fire hazards.

We are currently hiring a technician to join our night shift team. This is a hands-on role that involves physical work, rooftop access, and specialized cleaning tools. If you have a background in HVAC, duct cleaning, or general mechanical work -- or are looking for a stable job that makes a real impact -- we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities

Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, fans, and rooftop grease containment Set up and protect work areas before cleaning Use degreasers, hand tools, and power washers to remove grease buildup Perform cleanup after each job Climb ladders and safely access rooftops Use a smartphone or tablet to complete work reports and upload photos Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites Maintain tools and report any equipment issues or fire risks

Requirements

Valid Ontario G-Class driver's license Able to work overnight (typically 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM) Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for photos and reports Working at Heights certification (or willing to obtain) Strong communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in HVAC, duct cleaning, or general construction Mechanically inclined (familiarity with tools, fans, belts) Knowledge of NFPA 96 standards (asset, not required) Bilingual in French and English (asset)

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week Overnight shifts: Sunday through Thursday Occasional weekend work may be required
