We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires strong time management skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, detailing and sanitizing surfaces. Utilize custodial equipment and power tools safely and effectively to complete cleaning tasks. Conduct facilities maintenance duties such as minor repairs and upkeep of cleaning equipment. Manage time efficiently to ensure all assigned areas are cleaned within designated schedules. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and responding to inquiries in a professional manner. Assist with heavy lifting and moving of furniture or equipment as needed during cleaning operations. Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues encountered. Must be willing to work out of town daily Must have a cell phone with Data for GPS Must have a car that is good down gravel roads and highway Must have your license

Experience

1- 2 years experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles Familiarity with dry detailing and polishing surfaces Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. Excellent time management skills Must be able to work fast and effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
