We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts within the B2B sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a knack for business development, and a passion for technology sales. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs will be essential in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Duties



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends and customer requirements. Deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Manage existing accounts to foster long-term relationships and identify upselling opportunities. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Experience



Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within technology or B2B sectors. Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively. Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems for managing customer relationships is a plus. Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and make informed decisions. Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage but not mandatory; strong communication skills in English are essential. A background in marketing or technical sales is beneficial for understanding product offerings and client needs. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
