Oriente(e) vers l'action et audacieux(se), vous excellez dans l'identification des opportunites, la creation de partenariats strategiques et la concretisation de resultats tangibles. Veritable conseiller(ere) de confiance, vous accompagnerez vos clients en leur proposant des solutions adaptees dans un environnement concurrentiel.
Responsabilites principales
Identifier et poursuivre activement de nouvelles opportunites commerciales via les plateformes d'appels d'offres, les bases de donnees de construction et le reseautage sectoriel.
Developper et entretenir des relations solides avec les principaux entrepreneurs generaux, mecaniques et electriques, ainsi qu'avec les ingenieurs-conseils a Montreal, en favorisant des accords collaboratifs et des partenariats durables.
Etablir et maintenir des relations de confiance avec les prospects et clients afin de comprendre leurs besoins et proposer des solutions d'automatisation adaptees.
Analyser la documentation des projets, effectuer des releves et interpreter les plans d'ingenierie pour elaborer des propositions precises et competitives.
Negocier avec les clients potentiels et conclure des ventes conformes a la strategie et aux objectifs de marge de l'entreprise.
Assurer le suivi des opportunites et des clients dans Salesforce.
Representer l'entreprise lors de salons et evenements professionnels pour accroitre la visibilite et generer des prospects a forte valeur.
Contribuer a l'amelioration continue des outils, processus et collaborations interfonctionnelles afin d'optimiser l'efficacite commerciale.
Qualifications de base
Diplome d'etudes secondaires.
3+ ans d'experience dans le domaine de l'automatisation des batiments sur le marche du Quebec.
2+ ans d'experience en vente technique.
Communication fluide tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit en francais et en anglais.
Permis de conduire valide et assurable par la compagnie (poste necessitant des deplacements).
Qualifications preferees (atouts)
Capacite averee a lire et interpreter des plans et devis techniques.
Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
Experience avec Bluebeam ou Salesforce (atout).
Aptitude a travailler de maniere autonome et en collaboration dans un environnement dynamique.
Diplome universitaire technique ou diplome technique avance (atout).

industry in

to join our
Automated Logic
sales team. Recognized as a needle-mover capable of building brand presence and accelerating market penetration. Action-oriented and fearless in their approach, this individual thrives on identifying opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering impactful results. A trusted advisor to clients and a key contributor to business growth in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities through bid/spec platforms, construction databases, and industry networking.
Develop and nurture strong working relationships with major general/mechanical/electrical contractors, and consulting engineers in Montreal, focusing on establishing consistent terms, collaborative agreements, and long-term partnerships.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to understand needs and deliver tailored building automation solutions.
Review project documentation, perform take-offs, and interpret engineering drawings to support accurate and competitive proposals.
Negotiate with potential customers and close sales aligned with company strategy and margin goals.
Maintain opportunity and customer tracking in Salesforce.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to increase visibility and generate high-value leads.
Contribute to continuous improvement of sales tools, processes, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance sales effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications
High School / GED.
3+ years experience in building automation in the Quebec market.
2+ years experience in technical sales.
Fluent verbal and written communication in both languages French and English.
Valid and current Driver's License and can be insurable by the company's insurance due to the mobile nature of the job.

Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with Bluebeam or Salesforce (nice to have).
