Position Purpose:



To sell and service Dental laboratories, Denturists, and Dental school prospects through the sales of all Central Dental authorized product lines and servicing the needs of customers through troubleshooting, product delivery, seminars, and a consistent sales call plan.

Vendre et servir les clients potentiels des laboratoires dentaires, des denturologistes et des ecoles dentaires en vendant toutes les gammes de produits agreees par Central Dental et en repondant aux besoins des clients par fournir des solutions repondant a leurs exigences, des livraisons de produits, des seminaires et d'un plan d'appels commerciaux coherent.

Essential Functions:



Maintain and encourage growth within current Central Dental customer base, as well as engaging in cold calls to actively increase business and new customer acquisition.

Achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values.

Sell entire product line to customers and achieve yearly budgeted sales and expense goals.

Call on all Denturists, Dental laboratories, and Dental schools in assigned territory and develop good business partnerships.

Introduce new products/promotions and demonstrate the ability to gain market share.

Engage in problem solving in order to find a workable solution for customers product and process issues.

Perform as a technical consultant and answer basic technical challenges with current product offering and lab processes.

Participate in local study clubs and trade shows.

Prepare expense and activity reports according to company policies.

Communicate weekly with VP of sales.

Provide digital solutions in order to help Central Dental customers to unlock their full potential through innovation.

As this position is remote, it requires a productive and dedicated home office space.

Maintenir et encourager la croissance de la clientele actuelle de Central Dental, ainsi que de participer a des appels a froid pour augmenter activement les ventes et l'acquisition de nouveaux client Atteindre une rentabilite et une croissance maximales, conformement a la vision et aux valeurs de l'entreprise. Vendre l'ensemble de la gamme de produits aux clients et atteindre les objectifs annuels de ventes et de depenses budgetises. Contacter tous les denturologistes, laboratoires dentaires et ecoles dentaires du territoire assigne et developper des solides partenariats commerciaux. Lancer des nouveaux produits/promotions et demontrer sa capacite a gagner des parts de marche. Participer a la resolution de problemes afin de trouver une solution viable aux problemes de produits et de processus des clients. Agir en tant que consultant technique et relever les defis techniques fondamentaux lies a l'offre de produits et aux processus de laboratoire actuels. Participer aux clubs d'etude et aux salons professionnels locaux. Preparer les rapports de depenses et d'activite conformement aux politiques de l'entreprise. Communiquer chaque semaine avec le vice-president des ventes. Fournir des solutions numeriques pour aider les clients de Central Dental a exploiter pleinement leur potentiel grace a l'innovation.
Comme ce poste est a distance, il necessite un espace de bureau adomicile productif et dedie.

Qualifications:



Bilingual

A commitment to excellent customer service

University or college degree along with 18 months of sales experience. Experience in the Dental industry is preferred.

RDT or CDT is an asset but not required.

Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills required.

Must be detailed orientated and posses a high energy level in order to close sales.

Possess a valid driver's licence and the ability to obtain a credit card is required.

Ability to travel, overnight and for extended periods.

Qualifications :



Bilingue Engagement envers un service a la clientele irreprochable Diplome universitaire ou collegial et 18 mois d'experience en vente. Une experience dans le secteur dentaire est preferable. Diplome RDT ou CDT est un atout, mais n'est pas obligatoire. Excellentes competences en organisation, communication et relations interpersonnelles requises. Souci du detail et dynamisme sont requis pour conclure des ventes. Permis de conduire valide et possibilite d'obtenir une carte de credit requis. Disponibilite a voyager, y compris pour des sejours de plus de 24 heures et des periodes prolongees.

Physical Demands:



Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Ability to view computer monitor and enter data on keyboard, and competency in excel, word, and PowerPoint programs.

Ability to climb stairs and lift a min of 50 lbs.

Exigences physiques
