: Territory Sales Manager at SONOpan (MSL Fibre)

Job Summary

: We're looking for a dynamic Eastern Ontario TSM/Outside Sales Representative to contribute to our growth and expansion. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing company and play a pivotal role in our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

:

Regularly visit Big Box Retail locations from Toronto to Ottawa where our product is stocked and sold. Occasional travel to Eastern Canada required. Cultivate and sustain relationships with in-store staff, contractors, and builders. Execute our sales strategies to boost sales and achieve targets. Meet with contractors and builders to win new business opportunities through effective networking. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the advantages of our soundproofing panels. Collaborate with our sales team to learn and grow together. Submit routine reports on sales activities and market feedback.

Qualifications

:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in building materials sales. Demonstrated experience in account management or outside sales. Proficient analytical skills to evaluate market trends and customer needs. Exceptional communication skills. Technical sales knowledge is advantageous. Willingness to travel as necessary.

Compensation

:

Competitive salary. Commission on every panel sold in your territory. Annual bonus. Attractive compensation & benefits package, including RRSP contributions. Company-provided vehicle w/gas, phone & laptop.

Experience

:

Knowledge of building materials: 3+ years (Required).

Work Location

: Field-based and remote.

What We're Looking For

:

Experience with events & product demonstrations preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve a collective goal. Strong organizational and time management skills. Valid driver's license

Candidates with experience at The Home Depot, Rona, home improvement or building supply stores desired.



This is a full-time position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
