Job Summary:



Reprodux is seeking a high-energy, results-driven

Sales Representative

to drive new business growth and expand our customer base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, networking, and closing deals in a fast-paced, competitive environment. The Sales Rep will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, developing and maintaining relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs in a variety of diverse verticals within the printing industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and field prospecting Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client pain points and recommend appropriate solutions Develop and deliver compelling presentations, and proposals to potential customers Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales effectively Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction Responsible for overall customer satisfaction of all new accounts onboarded. When client issues arise, notify management, partner with other areas of the company to resolve the issue and ensure the customer is satisfied with the solution Ability to manage a long sales cycle Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools Continuously stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors Represent Reprodux at Networking and Trade Association events

Required Skills & Qualifications:



3+ years of successful B2B or B2C sales experience in a "hunter" or new business development role Strong problem-solving abilities with a consultative sales approach Ability to sell into multiple verticals (AEC, hospitality, retail, government etc.) Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs Exceptional communication (oral and written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build long term relationships by establishing trust and utilizing active listening skills Ability to pivot quickly if/when Reprodux product offering will not meet customers' needs??? Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Attention to detail Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and MS Office Suite Comfortable with outbound sales tactics, including cold calling and email outreach

Nice-to-Have:



Experience selling in printing industry (AEC, hospitality, retail etc) Existing network of contacts within the target market Knowledge of lead generation tools and automation platforms Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
