Are you a motivated sales professional with proven success in

surgical device or surgical supply sales

? We're seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to represent market-leading

plastic and general surgical products

and build lasting relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and surgical centers.

This is a

field-based role

for entrepreneurial professionals who thrive on independence while being backed by trusted, in-demand products and a seasoned support team.

What You'll Do

Visit surgeons, surgical centers, and hospitals in person to

grow and maintain relationships

. Present, promote, and sell a portfolio of

premium surgical supplies and devices

face-to-face. Manage your own schedule, territory, and growth strategy with full autonomy. Drive results and enjoy

What We're Looking For

Required:

Proven track record selling

surgical devices or surgical supplies

(plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, or general surgery preferred). An established network of surgeon and OR contacts (major asset). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A self-starter with the drive and discipline to work independently in the field.

Pharmaceutical-only sales experience will not be considered.*
