We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Outside Sales Representative
to join our expanding sales team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns promptly.
Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote products and services.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in sales or business development.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong account management capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficient in technical sales with the ability to understand complex product offerings.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing sales processes efficiently.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
