Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to build relationships, generate new business, and drive sales of our sporting goods products, and other company product lines. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, has a passion for sports, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the sporting goods industry. Identify new business opportunities and grow sales within your assigned territory. Conduct in-person sales visits to key accounts. Present and demonstrate products, provide product knowledge, and assist customers with their purchasing needs. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service, including timely follow-up and problem-solving. Stay up to date on industry trends, new products, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Outside sales, preferably in wholesale sporting goods, or a related industry. Strong knowledge of sporting goods products and trends is a plus. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
