About This Opportunity Accurate Group Commercial Sales Representatives are responsible for identifying, prospecting and developing new business opportunities as well as supporting and expanding business within a portfolio of existing customers within their designated territory. They are expected to maximize profitable sales opportunities through their understanding of the markets and products the organization sells and forge strong relationships across all contacts within our customers\xe2\x80\x99 organizations. Current openings exist in the Waterloo Region. Responsibilities
Successfully support and service existing customers by addressing the critical needs and in so doing, ensure that sales are maximized to full potential within active accounts
Proactively arrange time and territory to achieve optimum face-to-face selling opportunities
Independently prospect for new business within the assigned territory
Execute upon and maintain corporate sales pipeline initiatives and reports
Support the Inside Sales Organization by ensuring effective two-way communication of customer demand planning to ensure that inventory, revenue and profit goals are achieved
Ensures a high level of customer service and resolves issues promptly
Execute channel and target customer programs that leverage corporate marketing strategies
Be able to lift, carry and position product (weight up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height without assistance Qualifications
Self-Starter with a Hunter/Gatherer approach to sales
2-5 years selling experience into commercial manufacturing environments
Strong analytical, organizational, planning, verbal and written communications skills are a must
Proficient using a variety of computer programs
Valid driver\'s license and driving record free from any violations for the past 3 years
Post secondary education is preferred
