is a leading Canadian manufacturer of

high-quality architectural stone veneer

. We've quickly become the

largest stone veneer manufacturer in Western Canada

, and now we're expanding into

British Columbia

.

We're looking for a

motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative

to grow our presence in Lower Mainland by developing dealer relationships, working with builders, contractors, masons, and architects, and driving product specifications.

What You'll Do



1. Sales & Dealer Development



Identify, recruit, and support

new dealers and distributors

in your territory. Help existing dealers

increase sales

by providing product training, marketing support, and sales strategies. Work closely with masonry companies, builders, and contractors to ensure they

specify and use Innovative Stonecraft products

.

2. Market Expansion & Relationship Building



Establish strong connections with

home builders, contractors, masons, and architects

to get our products specified in projects. Conduct

site visits, lunch-and-learns, and industry networking

to create demand. Attend

tradeshows, industry events, and builder/dealer meetings

to showcase our products.

3. Sales & Performance Tracking



Actively manage and grow your pipeline using a

structured sales process

. Provide

weekly updates

on new leads, project opportunities, and dealer performance. Work closely with the team to refine strategies and capitalize on market trends

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience in outside sales, dealer development, or business development

in the construction or building materials industry.

Strong relationships

with builders, contractors, masons, and architects in the Fraser Valley & Lower Mainland.

Self-motivated

, highly driven, and comfortable working

independently

in a remote sales role.

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

with the ability to close deals and create long-term partnerships.
Willingness to

travel within BC

for site visits, dealer meetings, and industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,760.00-$79,510.00 per year
