Duties



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories. Conduct cold calling, lead generation activities, and face-to-face meetings to identify potential clients and expand the customer base. Present compelling product demonstrations and technical sales pitches to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits aligned with their needs. Manage existing accounts through regular communication, upselling, cross-selling, and providing exceptional customer service to foster loyalty. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage sales pipelines, update customer information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate new leads. Conduct territory management activities including route planning, market analysis, and competitor research to maximize sales efficiency. Provide product feedback and insights gathered from clients to support product development and marketing strategies. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless account management.

Requirements



Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to develop strategic plans for territory growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for lead tracking and analysis. Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques. Knowledge of technology or industrial products is a plus; technical sales experience is highly valued. Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently through territory management strategies. Analytical skills for assessing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client satisfaction. Pay: $55,000.50-$115,604.43 per year
