About the Opportunity:
OpTalent is proud to be partnering with an established telecommunications provider
headquartered in Barrie, Ontario. Our client delivers advanced communication, connectivity, and technology solutions to residential and commercial customers across Central and Northern Ontario.
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Outside Sales Executive to help expand their market presence throughout the Muskoka District and surrounding regions. This individual will be responsible for building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored technology and communication solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to drive new business within assigned

regions.

• Identify and engage prospective customers across residential, small business, and

commercial markets.

• Present customized telecommunications and connectivity solutions that align with client

needs and budgets.

• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling.

• Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.

• Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure

seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the

telecom sector.
Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in telecommunications, technology, or

security systems.

• Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships across diverse

industries.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in the field.

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (1,000$/Month car allowance provided).

• Familiarity with the Muskoka and surrounding region is considered a strong asset.
