Job Description


We are looking for a high-performing Outside Sales Representative with experience in industrial solutions and sales. You will be continuously hunting and closing new business and maintaining contact with accounts to sell additional business solutions. The ideal candidate has experience bringing on new business, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and has a passion for building client relationships.

Reporting to the manager, you will play a critical role in the development of new and existing accounts. An expert in identifying and satisfying customer opportunities, you are energized by the idea of working in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Responsibilities & what you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:
  • expanding customer base and creating sales opportunities by sourcing new clients, conducting sales calls including cold calls and lead follow up
  • Develop proposals and prepare quotes independently based on client needs, specifications and product deliverables.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers including regular visits to client locations, troubleshooting and providing support and advice.
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects and clients; knowledge of pumps and/or industrial systems an asset
Required Skills:
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related fields is an asset
  • Minimum two (2) to five (5) years related outside sales experience with a preference in a field related to engineering/industrial equipment
  • Sales experience related to either Pumps, Blowers, HVAC, and Vacuum /engineer products is an asset
  • Goal-oriented and highly motivated for sales generation
  • Ability to manage time and work independently, and also as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
