About the Role:

As an HVAC Outside Account/Sales Manager, you will:

Develop and execute strategies to

generate new accounts

and

grow existing customer relationships

. Serve as a

trusted advisor

, offering technical solutions, product recommendations, and insights that drive value. Be empowered with a

competitive base salary + uncapped commission

, allowing you to control your earning potential. Work closely with our

vendors and

network of over 250 Profit Centres

, representing industry-leading HVAC product lines.

Who You Are:

5+ years of

HVAC/Construction sales or account management experience

. Proven ability to

generate leads, close sales, and build long-term customer loyalty

. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about helping others succeed. Comfortable working independently while also thriving in a

team-first, customer-centric environment
