We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of various maintenance techniques, excellent time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various repair tasks. Read blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. Execute drywall installation and repair tasks as needed. Conduct residential painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes. Assist in construction painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of facilities. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.

Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Experience in carpentry, drywall work, and painting is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintenance challenges.
