ABOUT THE ROLE

Shift

: 8:00pm to 4:00am, Sunday to Thursday

Purpose

The Supervisor, Warehouse is responsible for leading a team of warehouse associates in the day-to-day execution of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and guide a team of warehouse associates, providing coaching, feedback, and training. Conduct performance reviews, address employee concerns, and identify opportunities for team development. Foster a safe and productive work environment for all team members. Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Ensure accurate inventory control and order fulfillment. Monitor and optimize warehouse workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize errors. Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures within the warehouse environment. Conduct safety inspections and provide safety training to warehouse associates. Investigate and address any safety incidents or accidents. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implement corrective actions. Analyze warehouse performance data and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Leadership & Management: Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a high-performing team. Education

Associate's degree in related discipline or an additional 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
