What You'll Be Doing:

Dialing it in!

Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up with hot leads and inquiries. These aren't just random cold calls - our customers already reached out to us. You just need to reel them in!

Scheduling appointments

for sales and service - no missed opportunities on your watch.

Confirming and rescheduling

appointments - because life happens, and we're here to help.

Updating databases

like a pro. Keep those customer records clean and current.

Calling existing customers

about our latest promotions and deals.

Being a customer champion

by exceeding expectations every step of the way.

What You Need to Bring:

2+ years of customer service experience

(Required)

Cold calling and outbound sales experience

(Must-have)

Confidence on the phone

with a professional, upbeat, and friendly manner.

A love for people!

Outgoing, friendly, and ready to connect with anyone.

Strong writing skills

with flawless grammar (no typos here).

Valid driver's license

(because cars are kind of our thing).

Solid computer skills

(you'll be tapping away often).

Call center, collections, or inside sales experience?

Big plus!
