We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Outbound Sales Executive to join our team at SpectronX Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through effective outbound sales strategies.

Responsibilities:



Prospect and generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and other direct communication channels. Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs, pain points, and buying behaviors. Engage with prospects to present SpectronX's services, effectively communicate value propositions, and overcome objections to close sales. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, track sales activities, and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies, share insights, and contribute to the achievement of revenue targets. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics as outlined by management. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales growth and differentiation. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the sales manager or management team.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of success in outbound sales, telemarketing, or direct sales roles, preferably in the IT services or technology sector. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with potential clients. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to overcome objections and close sales. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and a desire to achieve and exceed sales goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accountability and attention to detail. Good to have proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite . Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
