Highway 7 & Warden, inside the Unionville Athletic Club at the Hilton Hotel.

About Our Clinic:

At Form & Function, we empower both patients and practitioners. You'll be working with an active, motivated population that values long-term wellness. Our integrative team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, RMTs, and naturopaths collaborates using a modern EMR system and over

30,000 sqft of rehab and training space.

We provide mentorship opportunities, clinical assistants, and a wellness-first culture that respects your expertise and supports your growth.

Current Room Availability:

Mondays 9:00 am - 12:00 pm Tuesdays 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Thursdays 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm Sundays 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
