Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Person at our private racquet and fitness club.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and excellent customer service to support the ongoing productivity and safety of our operations. Candidates with experience in health club environments with knowledge in maintaining swimming pools will strongly be considered.
Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Make sure pools, hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms are operating properly. Conduct minor repairs at the club as needed. Meet with third party repair companies when needed area port status of club mechanical to management and owners
Experience
Similar role and experience in a health club setting is preferred. Experience with pool operations and certifications Excellent communication skills in English are required to coordinate effectively with team members and other departments. Pay: $17.20-$30.25 per hour
