About the Role
We're looking for an
Order Management Specialist
to support our customers and sales team. You'll handle customer calls, process orders, collect payments, and coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth delivery. This is a key customer-facing role, ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for service.What You'll Do
Answer inbound calls and emails from existing customers. Process orders and payments using Sage, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM/ERP. Work with sales and logistics to manage deliveries. Handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding service. Use Excel to track and report on orders.
What We're Looking For
2+ years in customer service, order management, or related role. Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Sage, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Strong Excel and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
