Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team in Abbotsford. This multi-role combines order fulfillment, ingredient and packaging receiving, and ERP data entry, with the opportunity to support procurement and cross-functional logistics. You'll work closely with the sales, warehouse, production, shipping/receiving, and procurement teams to ensure customer orders go out accurately and materials coming in are tracked and stored properly.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Coordinate daily order picking, packing, and staging for wholesale and e-commerce orders Ensure orders are packed to standard and shipping documents are prepared (labels, invoices, BOLs) Schedule pickups and track shipments through third-party carriers Communicate with clients, customer service and sales on order status or delivery updates Receive incoming shipments of raw ingredients and packaging materials Check deliveries against packing slips and report discrepancies or damage Enter received goods into ERP system accurately and promptly Label and organize materials in designated storage areas
Cross-Functional Support:

Communicate daily with the Shipping/Receiving team for scheduling and space management Assist Procurement with inventory counts and vendor follow-ups when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fulfillment and receiving
Requisites:

Minimum 3 years experience in order fulfillment, warehouse coordination, or receiving Experience with ERP or inventory systems (we'll provide training) Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the day Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team Strong organizational and time-management skills Interest in wellness, food/beverage production, or sustainability is a plus
Schedule & Work Environment:

Work Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (some flexibility may be required) Work Setting: On-site warehouse environment; includes physical and computer-based tasks
