Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order entry clerk/Customer service for our Burnaby location. This is an entry level position with lots of opportunity for growth.
A good candidate will start as data entry clerk, with self-learning and on-site training, she/he is expected to handle all of customer inquiries regarding to inventory and orders. Wage is based on experience and performance accuracy.
The main duties are:
Date entry (in ERP software) :
Convert sales order into invoice
Apply payment to customer balance
Enter data in different modules
Customer service:
Receive orders via phone or email, and enter them into system
Answer all types of customer inquiries, like price, stock level, product tracking, and account information
Contact vendor to obtain further product information
Other customer related tasks
What we're looking for:
Detail-oriented and high accuracy
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Good multitasking, prioritizing, and time management skills
Able to work efficiently under minimal supervision
High-school diploma/GED preferred
At least one year similar experience
