Position Summary



The Service Administrator will provide administrative support to the service department by completing work order entry, labor ticket entry, job costing, customer billing and other administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities



Review service reports and provide to customers. Assist Service Coordinator with updating and maintaining service CEO database. Ensure all job costs are entered onto the Visual work order. Ensure service labour tickets are entered. Work with Accountant to ensure all invoicing is completed for month end accounting requirements. Create purchase orders and part IDs within Visual to ensure proper inventory control is maintained. Reception coverage, greet visitors and incoming calls. File all service documents. Work with the Service Coordinator to ensure effective communication of all data pertaining to the Service department. Communicate service billing requirements effectively between the Service Coordinator and Accounting. Assist with parts inventories and quarterly counting. Other administrative duties as assigned, such as ordering office supplies, mail and couriers.

Qualifications Required


The successful candidate for this role will have some combination of the following qualifications:

A post-secondary education or equivalent skills/experience. Good organizational and analytical skills. Good communication skills. Ability to meet multiple deadlines. A strong customer focus. An ability to be a "team" player.
